A whole bunch of new photos

Just edited and uploaded a whole bunch of photos from my three weeks vacation in my hometown Düsseldorf, where I had ample time and a good friend at my side for several photo trips. If you are not among my facebook friends you can now find them on Flickr as well click.

Jägermeister

I am currently beginning to go through the pictures of the last 2 months that I didn’t have the time to edit for. Completely forgot about that one, which I really liked at the time already, it’s a reflection of a Jägermeister Neon, in a bar in Madrid after a team dinner, in a puddle of beer someone upset. First uploaded it to Facebook, but their internal unavoidable converter just destroys everything red so I figured I will put it here instead, I hope you like it too.

Starting to come back

Hey everyone, the hectic phase is over! The move is done, work peak is almost over, I proposed to my girl and got the 5D Mark II yesterday. I am a bit sick at the moment, but am planning on reviving the project real soon – there is a 3 week vacation on the horizon too, in Germany from the 12.10. – 02.11.

Also got a new workstation about a month ago, which trumps the old one like 5 times over in all regards with an overclocked 6 core at 4GHz, 16 gigs of RAM, an SSD to run Lightroom and the primary editing off and the whole thing attached to a massive 27″ Dell IPS panel with a 2560×1440 resolution *love*.

This and that

Just started taking pictures for the yearbook of my team, will take a lot of group pictures next week and also join the football guys this Friday for daylight pictures. Finally photography again!

Project 365 – day x

As you have realized I haven’t been uploading any pics during the last week, and the few before were quite uninspired/without effort. Peak workload and moving just eat away all my time and energy, and even though I wanted to pull through I have to face reality and put project 365 either on hold for about 1-2 months, or cancel it entirely. For now I will upload pictures as they come, excluded from the 365 project called “365 pause”. Sorry to let you down folks, but it’s just not possible (I tried).

I would appreciate it if you still drop by and have a glimpse .
